Casa Santo Spirito’s Apartment Augustus was selected to shoot the Rome episode of the Netflix original ‘Mind of a Chef’- the show featuring Gabrielle Hamilton was executively produced by Anthony Bourdain and by Zero Point Zero Productions.

Gabrielle Hamilton is an American chef and author. She is the owner of Prune, a restaurant in New York City, and the author of Blood, Bones, and Butter, a memoir.
